Digivation Network bags CMC award
Leading ICT programme on Television, Digivation Network has bagged the CMC award for Best ICT TV Programme of the year 2017. The highly popular Technology programme on Nigerian TV currently airing on AIT and STV was adjudged the Best ICT Programme on Television at the recently held Cornel Media Consult Gladiators award in Lagos.
According to organizers, Digivation was awarded for it’s contribution to the development of Information and Communications Technology, ICT in Africa.
The event held last month September 24 also witnessed high profile personalities been honoured. Mojisola Alabi who received the award on behalf of the Producer/Director of the programme, Bayero Agabi said the award is another confirmation of Digivation as a pacesetter in the ICT Journalism circle. “It is not surprising that we are still winning awards. Despite the huge competition in the ICT broadcast sector, Digivation remains the biggest and the best. Over the years, we have capable hands and we continue to set the pace.” She said.
Other winners at the event include Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole who was awarded the Most Outstanding Public Relations Officer and Image Maker of the Year. Senator Godswill Akpabio, ACP Abba Kyari, Agatha Amata and other notable Nigerians also won the meritorious award in line with the display of excellence in the discharge of their respective duties.
